Banana Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Hello beautiful friends.

You all know how I feel about pumpkin, so there is no need to go into all of that but for the first time ever, I added pumpkin to my smoothie and it may or may not have been a little life changing.

Make this and your breakfast will make you feel like your consuming Thanksgiving dessert. Win. Win.


1 banana
1/2 cup pumpkin purée (fresh or canned)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons YouFresh Naturals pumpkin spice Blondie
1 tablespoon Mighty Maple Pb from Peanut Butter & Co you can substitute with 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tbsp maple syrup)
2 teaspoons coconut sugar/stevia
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup ice

1) Put everything in blender/food processor and blend well.

2) Gulp that deliciousness down.

3) Share (if you can) and Enjoy!
